On a recent visit, on a not very busy evening, we gave the waiter a restaurant card and the chef came out of the kitchen with a copy of the menu which he had annotated to show what he could prepare for us. He was willing to prepare most of the dishes on the menu without gluten. He explained that certain sauces involved mixing flour with bones, so he would not use those stocks - he seemed to understand completely. The presentation was very nice and the food was delicious. There was an excellent cabernet at $6 a glass, which was the low end for the wine list. Dessert was slim pickings for the celiac, but the main courses were plentiful and varied. The vegetarian in the group (not GF, only a vegetarian) had only one choice: a mushroom risotto.
